Remote 1099 Contractor Paid on production

The role

You build my sales team. You find, vet, and bring in setters and closers who can actually sell — then you earn a piece of everything they produce, for as long as they're on the team. This isn't HR paperwork, it's talent hunting: source reps from your network and wherever good closers hang out, run them through our screen and training week, and hand me people ready to work. The better the reps you bring, the more you make — your pay is tied to their production, so you recruit quality, not bodies. Remote, your own hours. Great fit if you've recruited or managed salespeople, or you're just deeply wired into the sales world and know who's good.

Requirements

You know salespeople, or how to find them. Comfortable reading whether someone can actually sell. Organized enough to run people through a simple pipeline. Self-driven. Reliable phone and internet. US-based.

Compensation

Paid on the production of the reps you bring in — no base salary, and more than one way to earn. You get a 5% override on every deal your recruited reps close (setup and monthly), for the life of each account, house-funded so it never comes out of the rep's cut. Plus a $100 bounty per recruit once they pass onboarding and close their first deal. No cap on how many reps you bring in.
